Did you know your gym ball is for more than just sitting on?
There are a whole range of exercises you can try to get the most out of your gym ball with little to no extra equipment needed. We have put together 3 videos to help start you off with some exercises. Each video will focus on a separate body area – lower body, upper body and abdominals.
Lower body: Perform each exercises for approximately 15 repetitions each and repeat x3….with the exception of the single leg exercise, it’s quite tough so aim for 6-8 to begin with.
Upper body: Instead of dumbbells try soup cans or filled water bottles as your weights if you are doing these at home.
Abdominals…because everyone wants a six pack for summer right?
