Focus on your Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Our physiotherapists are skilled in sports injury rehabilitation that is tailored specifically to you. You will be asked a number of specific questions related to your particular injury taking into account your chosen sport and goals from rehabilitation. This assessment will also involve assessment of movements related to your injury and how we can best facilitate recovery.
Your diagnosis and treatment plan will be discussed and negotiated with you to help achieve your personal goals. Whether this is returning to high level sports or just park footy our physio’s can help get you there!
Treatment will involve the use of techniques within the physiotherapy clinic combined with a more specific exercise based program to be completed in the gym. The aim for all of our rehabilitation programs is to return to full physical activity and peak physical function.
Our physio’s have a range of sporting backgrounds including rugby union/league, touch football, netball, dancing, athletics, tennis and snow/water sports and are therefore aware of the specifics of rehabilitating different injuries within different sporting areas.

Sport and Exercise Medicine Services
Our highly experienced sports physio’s are excellent in the assessment and treatment of soft tissue injuries, with extensive knowledge in biomechanics, tissue pathology and healing.
